SessionStack develops a Digital Experience Insights platform that defines the next step in digital analytics, enabling product teams to understand the user experience in their web products and find opportunities for improvements and optimizations.

SessionStack allows automatic data collection (instrumentation-fee analytics) and shows not only what happened to users, but also "why" it happened. This gives product teams the opportunity to quickly prove monetization hypotheses, analyze previously unsuspecting problems, and find entirely new possibilities.

The company is supported by BrightCap Ventures, the Estonian Wyse Guys Fund, as well as angel investors, and established names in the IT community in Bulgaria, such as the founders of Telerik (acquired by Progress).

About The Role

  • Cooperate closely with our marketing, sales, and product managers
  • Take full ownership of the content you produce, from ideation to publication
  • Write engaging and unique content such as blog posts, guides, checklists, landing pages, newsletters, sales collateral, use cases, customer stories, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and research with internal and external SMEs (subject matter experts) to gain insightful information that you can use in your content
  • For the first few months, the biggest part of this role will focus on creating guides and blog posts.
  • Topics will include conversion rate optimization, cohort analysis, session replay, and more
  • Organize day-to-day content tasks, such as proofreading, communicating with designers, researching topics, preparing questions for SMEs, etc.
  • Down the road you will be collaborating with external writers, creating the brief, reviewing and editing outlines and drafts from writers, and ensuring they are in alignment.


  • A minimum of 2 years of copywriting experience.
  • A native level in written English - it doesn’t have to be your first language, but you need to write like it is
  • Be open to feedback. Feedback will be given throughout key stages of the content creation process and you need to be open to learning, accepting, and implementing it in your work.
  • You are a team player.
  • An understanding of the essential product, marketing, and analytics principles and concepts.
  • B2B experience is a big advantage

  • The perfect candidate will also know their way around Google Analytics or other product analytics solutions and have interests in UX, product analytics, and product management
