We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist.


About The Role

You will be a part of a young, highly-skilled team and will be responsible for leading the internal Data Analysis/ML developments, defining new features, researching appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting prototypes in our customers’ hands.

We are an extremely product-focused team. You’ll work in close collaboration with team members from Product, Design, and Business functions within the company. 

You will:

• Lead and manage all ML/DA efforts
• Define, own, and evolve features based on ML/DA efforts in the company
• Communicate scientific concepts in understandable language for internal teams and clients
• Work with other company stakeholders to decide on strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct thorough research of new algorithms, models, and tools to stay ahead of AI innovations. Adapt and apply them, build proof of concept prototypes
• Maintain and optimize existing data models and architecture
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of applied ML/DA experience
• Knowledge of Python Data Science libs - pandas, numpy, sklearn, scipy, matplotlib, jupyter or similar
• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of topic modeling, classification, time series analysis, data mining, numerical methods,        and statistical tools
• Strong foundation in statistics
• Experience with managing ML models in production
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong communication skills, both within engineering teams and across disciplines.
